when you come in on hwy. 8 you will see signs to turn left on sutliff ave....it's real easy.....off of sutliff (maybe 3-4 blocks), turn RIGHT at the stop sign and you are on Davenport Street........go straight then through 3 stoplights, turn left and you'll see you are on Stevens Street; hwy. 17 to go straight to the fest grounds.
