You can bring in your own alcohol, no glass though even at your campsite. At the concert area, cooler must be small enough to fit under your chair. There are no fire pits at the sites but you can build your own small one. They must be cleaned up and filled in before you leave. Only 1 vehicle per campsite, extra vehicles go in the parking area for $20/wk. You can set your camper up the week before or when you come for the concert. It is often easier to do it the week before. We always come up the weekend before and set up. Some of us stay overnight and go back to work till the concert, others camp the whole week. Just depends how our vacation days work out. Never heard of anyone's stuff being bothered. Most of the questions you asked are on this site under the Camping Regulations tab, under camping.
