Thoughts

Another Hodag is in the books, this being my 24th year. What a crowd, and it is good to see more and more people enjoying country music. Our camp was wondering if more people were just staying closer to home or if in fact more people like country music? I saw a lot of Virgin Hodag signs. I have never seen a crowd this big at Hodag in the past, great to see, BUT, the bigger crowd also meant more rowdy drunk people, and some very rude people. Although we didn't have a problem directly by us in the chairs other friends of are did. I saw more people in a row/area than there were chairs to sit in, some people so drunk they didn't know where they were, people partying and not even watching the show. Please be respectful of the people around you...I have a feeling that if the crowds keep getting bigger and bigger every year, they just might do away with carry-ins and coolers in the chairs. We all want to have a good time, so...if you can't be respectful, then please go to some other music fest...there are plenty out there....
